Reminding past customers of their previous testimonials and reviews is a great way to encourage return customers. And we all love return customers because they cost less to acquire! With this walkthrough I’ll show you how to collect and use your contacts reviews dynamically in your marketing.
This can be used at any stage of a funnel. You may want to send a review request for customer service enquiries, request a testimonial automatically after delivery, or at multiple stages of your customers journey.
I’d always suggest setting up the Automation for testimonial and review requests separate to other Automations. This will offer you more flexibility as you’ll still be able to send contacts through to the testimonial and review request Automation from each exit point of your funnels.
